Working with a Custom, Luxury Cake Artist
Each cake is a masterpiece, crafted with careful attention to detail. Standard sculpted cakes are created with precision and care, while larger, more intricate designs showcase the pinnacle of my artistic skills, taking considerable time to perfect.

Terms and Conditions
Portfolio Review
Before submitting your requests, please review my portfolio to see examples of my style.
Quotes and Invoices
- Official quotes are emailed as an invoice with the information attached as a PDF.
- Quotes sent via text message are not binding and are estimates.
- Quotes expire after 3 days if a retainer has not been paid. After this time, the quote may be revised to reflect any changes in design time, serving sizes, and materials needed.
Payment Methods
The retainer may be paid electronically via credit/debit card, Venmo, Cash, or Apple Pay.
Communication and Confirmation
- If you have questions or would like to request changes, please respond via email.
- Customers are required to open, read, and confirm all email communications, including text messages.
- Only written confirmation is accepted. Verbal communication regarding dates, order details, or changes is not accepted as sufficient confirmation for either party. No exceptions.
Retainer/Balance
- A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to book an order. Orders are not confirmed until the retainer is received.
- The remaining balance is due the day before pick-up or delivery. Cakes cannot be delivered or picked up until the balance is received.
- If your order is canceled, the retainer is non-transferable. Orders are prepped soon after the retainer is paid, and other potential customers are refused.
Progress Photos
- Cake Jewel does not provide progress photos of cake orders, ensuring the final reveal is a delightful surprise for your event. Trust your cake artist to deliver a stunning creation that exceeds your expectations. Professionally edited photos of your cake will be sent after delivery for you to share or keep.
Colors & Duplicates
- Please note that the colors of the cake may vary from the photos due to the nature of the materials used and individual perception.
- I respect the originality of other cake designers and do not make exact copies of their work. The photos you provide will serve as inspiration for creating a unique cake tailored just for you.
Delivery
- Mileage is charged at a rate of $0.58 per round trip mile, along with an additional $30 for each hour spent in transit.
Pricing
Pricing varies based on factors such as design complexity, level of detail, size, servings, and chosen flavors. The costs listed below represent projects previously completed for customers and reflect what you see in the photos. If your flavors differ significantly or you add more items or personalization not shown in the photos, your price will be adjusted accordingly
Please Note:
At Cake Jewel, our primary focus is on creating hyper-realistic cake designs. To achieve this level of realism, the cakes may be smaller than the desired serving size. If serving size is your main priority, we’re happy to explore alternative options such as a different design or a "giant" size design that maintains a realistic appearance but is not true to size. While I strive to provide the best serving size estimate for your cake, please understand that it can be difficult to determine the exact number of servings due to the carving process and how the cake is cut. Therefore, if serving size is a major concern, it's best to plan on ordering a larger cake.
